It's now been a while since 'Dusty' (pictured) and 'One-Sock' left to find new territories, but activity has by no means stopped. 'Jack' - the matriarchal vixen and mother of last years cubs has now returned (she left to drive out the remaining male cubs), and she and 'Thea' (the remaining female cub) are now being followed by a very keen male. Foxes breed between December and February with a gestation period of 49-58 days, so it won't be too long before the cycle starts all over again...
